The order form includes the following choices:
- colour and size of memorial
- choice of lettering – gold, silver or panelled plain
- the inscription
- design – none, blasted, artist
- space required for further additional inscription
- cemetery location
Any shape of memorial or granite colour is possible on request.

We aim to
- provide a complete personal and professional service at all times
- deal with all aspects of the memorial, from receiving the order to completing in the cemetery on your behalf
- discuss any matter that arises.
The customer will then
- receive a complete confirmation in the post, including details of work and full costing and a layout of the inscription on the memorial to proportion.
We then ask the customer to telephone or email to confirm.
The cemetery fee and forms will then be dealt with on your behalf. Details of any date by which you would like to have the memorial erected will be discussed.
If the memorial is in stock, from date of confirmation, completion will be within four to six weeks.
On the day of erecting the memorial, it is our courtesy to give the customer a phone call.
A photograph of the memorial will be taken and a copy will be sent to the customer.
GWARANT - GUARANTEE
I.B. Williams & Son Ltd. offer a 15 year guarantee on all new memorials supplied and fixed with a ground anchor system by the company against faulty materials and workmanship.
The guarantee offered by I.B. Williams & Son Ltd. shall not apply to any repairs required due to subsidence or settlement.
